God Is With You aims to help men in prison to look at their lives and find what choices led them to spend their time behind bars. It is meant for all prisoners, from those who hope for parole in a few months or years to those who may spend the rest of their lives in prison. The 27 reflections will help prisoners deal with the day to day events of prison life, as told through the eyes of a woman volunteer in a Michigan prison. Sr Lois spear tells the stories of people she has met in prison - most behind bars, but some who work in the prison or visit it. Some stories tell about life after parole. Each reflection ends with a prayer and an activity to relate the prayer to real life.
