'Flesh, Bone, Wood' provides a series of daily spiritual exercises from Ash Wednesday to Easter Day based on the Passion of Christ, inviting us to witness in our imaginations the final events of Jesus' life, his crucifixion and death, and the wonder of the empty tomb.

For each day there is a scripture passage, and a meditative response from the perspective of John the Beloved Disciple, or others, which acts as a door through which we may enter more fully into the mystery of the cross.
