Rainbow Books is a wholesaler and importers of books, CDs, and audio visual resources for the religious and specialist book trade, including major general bookshops and library suppliers, covering Australia and outlets in New Zealand, PNG, and the Pacific.

Rainbow was established by Jo and Rob Humphrys in 1985 as a distributor and commission agency, servicing the Religious Book trade. Subsequent growth and diversification required a refocusing of the company. In 2006, the company was restructured as Word Of Life Distributors (Aust) Pty Ltd, with Rob Humphrys and Chris Healy as joint Directors. As the Rainbow Books brand is already well known throughout the book trade and religious community, Word of Life will continue trading under the Rainbow Books banner..

While our strength remains the spirituality market, our range of suppliers and networks has enhanced our ability to provide a broader service to shops in other markets. Rainbow now acts as a wholesaler to a growing range of outlets, in a variety of different markets.
